Offers - Website → Mobile App (Capacitor)

From €8,500 excl. VAT · 3 to 6 weeks · Fixed price

You have a React, Next.js or Vue.js website and want an iOS and Android app without starting from scratch? Capacitor wraps your existing site in a real iOS and Android app, installable from the stores, with access to phone features (camera, notifications, geolocation). At a much lower cost than native development.

Who is it for?

This offer is for you if:

  • •You have a working, deployed React, Vue or Next.js website
  • •You want a mobile app without rewriting your code
  • •You want access to native features (push, camera, GPS, biometrics)
  • •A native app budget would exceed what you actually need

Included in the base price (€8,500 excl. VAT)

  • •Your React, Vue or Next.js website (SPA/SSG mode) turned into an iOS + Android app
  • •Splash screen, icons, mobile branding matched to your visual identity
  • •Setup and submission to the App Store and Google Play
  • •15 days of post-delivery support
  • •Documentation so you can handle future updates on your own

Price:
+ €500 excl. VAT for the first, + €350 excl. VAT for each additional one

Why our expertise matters here

Capacitor is not magic. Some cases require refactoring upfront:

  • •A Next.js site with SSR must be adapted (the Next config, some components, sometimes the architecture)
  • •Google reCAPTCHA is often a problem in a Capacitor mobile app, and usually needs to be replaced
  • •Each native dependency you add needs specific iOS + Android configuration
  • •Firebase et Stripe each have their own integration quirks in a Capacitor environment

This level of detail is what separates an app that works from an app that fails at its first submission. We know these pitfalls because we have run into all of them in production.

Prerequisites

  • •A working React, Vue or Next.js website deployed in production
  • •An existing visual identity (logo, main colors)
  • •Read access to the Git repository
  • •Apple Developer and Google Play accounts (or add the account management option)

Not sure what you need?

If you are unsure which modules to include (SSR? reCAPTCHA to replace? how many native features?), we offer a feasibility audit for €800 excl. VAT / 2 days, paid on order: we review your code and give you a firm quote with every module listed. The audit is deducted from the final price if you confirm within 30 days.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to turn a website into a mobile app with Capacitor?
GUIGUI Tech turns a React, Next.js or Vue.js website into an iOS and Android app with Capacitor from €8,500 excl. VAT, in 3 to 6 weeks. This price includes submission to the App Store and Google Play. Optional modules (SSR, Firebase, Stripe, native features) are added depending on the project.
What is the difference between Capacitor and React Native?
React Native compiles to native code, with real native views. Capacitor embeds your website in a native container with access to the phone’s APIs. Capacitor is less performant for heavily animated or very complex interfaces, but good enough for the vast majority of business apps, and much cheaper than native development.
Can a Next.js website with SSR be turned into a mobile app with Capacitor?
Yes, but a Next.js website using SSR needs some refactoring first, which GUIGUI Tech offers as a module for €4,500 excl. VAT. Depending on the case, some parts move to SSG or client-side rendering.
How many users can a Capacitor app handle?
Capacitor sets no limit on the number of users. The load depends on your backend and web infrastructure, just like for your website.
Does a Capacitor app perform well?
A Capacitor app performs on par with a well-built mobile website. For the vast majority of business apps (e-commerce, dashboards, marketplaces, content), it is a perfect fit. For a game or an app with intensive 60fps animations, React Native is the better choice.
Who handles updates to the Capacitor app after delivery?
You can publish updates to your Capacitor app yourself using the documentation provided by GUIGUI Tech, or hand them over to GUIGUI Tech as needed (time and materials or fixed price, case by case).
How does payment work for a Capacitor transformation?
A Capacitor transformation by GUIGUI Tech is paid in two installments: 30% upfront, 70% on delivery. Invoices are issued by our company, a French SAS.
